Founder & CEO
Alexis Harroun earned her Ph.D. from Purdue University, focusing her last six years of research on applying rotating detonation combustion to new rocket engine architectures. Harroun’s goal is to advance groundbreaking technologies that will improve human and scientific access to space. She received her M.S. from Purdue University and B.S. from the University of Washington.

Ariana Martinez completed her Ph.D. from Purdue University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s and M.S. degrees. She brings unique expertise in developing rotating detonation rocket engine prototypes, with industry-leading designs utilizing additive manufacturing. Ariana is responsible for leading the engineering team and developing Juno’s product portfolio.
